LaTricia Harris is the Senior Operations Manager of Recruitment and Human Resource Activities at Hayes & Associates. She has over ten years of experience in the banking industry and thirteen years in rail transportation, where she held a variety of management and supervisory positions. In her current role, she leads operational strategy, recruitment efforts, and HR initiatives across the firm.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, LaTricia is deeply involved in community service and leadership. She serves as the Scholarship and Fundraising Chair for the Hayes Cares Foundation Board, Co-Chair of the Midlands African Chamber Board, Secretary of the Nebraska Ivy Foundation Board, and a member of the Bobby Byars Foundation Board.
LaTricia is a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where she currently serves as Fundraising Chair and actively participates in multiple committees. She is also a founding director and the Corresponding Secretary of the Nebraska Ivy Foundation, and a volunteer with Partnership 4 Kids.
Driven by a passion for solving complex problems and improving processes, LaTricia thrives on uncovering insights and developing creative solutions that benefit both her organizations and the communities she serves. She believes success is most meaningful when it involves lifting others along the way.
Originally from Arkansas, LaTricia has called Nebraska home for over 25 years. It’s where she met her husband and raised their two amazing children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, volunteering, and planning memorable events.
