Kim Tucker

I joined Hayes & Associates in December 2025 as a Staff Auditor. After earning my bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in August 2021, I began my career in auditing and have worked primarily with nonprofit and governmental organizations. I enjoy helping clients meet their financial reporting and compliance needs while delivering quality service. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially through outdoor activities such as camping and hiking. When we’re not exploring the outdoors, we also enjoy relaxing together with a good family movie from time to time.
