Ryan Nietfeldt

Ryan Nietfeldt brings more than 25 years of finance, accounting, advisory, and executive leadership experience to Hayes & Associates. As Director of Client Advisory Services, Ryan helps business owners and leadership teams improve financial visibility, strengthen operations, manage cash flow, and make better strategic decisions. His background includes serving as a CFO and senior finance executive for multi-entity organizations, leading global financial planning and analysis teams, building forecasting models, developing KPI dashboards, and guiding businesses through growth, technology adoption, and process improvement. A CPA, Ryan values practical advice, clear communication, and helping clients turn financial information into action.

Outside of his professional work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in the Nebraska golf community. A former professional golfer and accomplished amateur player, he serves as a board member for the Nebraska Golf Association and Nebraska Golf Foundation, supporting a game that has played an important role in his life. Ryan lives in Elkhorn with his family and enjoys following the athletic pursuits of his sons, Tyler, Andrew, and Jake.
