“I am the senior manager of support services with over ten years of experience in the banking industry and thirteen years of rail transportation experience in a wide range of management and supervisory roles.” In addition to her management role at Hayes & Associates, LaTricia is the scholarship and fundraising chair for the Hayes Cares Foundation Board.
LaTricia is a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she serves as the corresponding secretary and serves on the scholarship committee, fundraising committee, membership committee and bylaws committee. She is one of the founding directors and corresponding secretary for the Nebraska Ivy Foundation, a board member for the Bobby Byars Foundation and the Midlands African Chamber. She is also a mentor with Partnership 4 Kids.
Her passion is tackling complex problems, uncovering new insights, and using her creativity to design new process improvements. She firmly believes she is most successful when she finds a way to accomplish her goals while helping others along the way.
LaTricia is a native of Arkansas and has lived in Nebraska for over 25 years. Nebraska is where she met her husband, and they raised their two amazing children. In her spare time, she truly enjoys traveling with her family, participating in community service activities, and planning events.
